Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We opened in September, the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.
As our team grows, we’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator, who will assist the People & Culture Manager in creating a welcoming environment for all team members. You will help support onboardings, shape the workplace culture, promote our core values and foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
Your Role as People & Culture Coordinator
Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations and ensuring that all new team members feel welcomed and well-prepared to start their roles.
Assist in preparing and issuing job offers and employment contracts to new hires.
Help to live and promote our value of heartfelt service, supporting team members and creating a workplace where everyone feels appreciated.
Support the creation and execution of a wide-ranging employee experience plan, to include activities, events and celebrations making the workplace engaging, exciting, and enjoyable.
Support the People & Culture Manager in maintaining compliance with employment and Health & Safety legislation.
Assist with performance evaluations, career growth, and training programs that encourage personal and professional development of all team members.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Natural communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
A positive, enthusiastic and creative approach to your work.
A self-starter with the ability to multitask.
Comfort in a fast-moving environment – flexibility is key!
