We are looking for a dedicated and guest-focused team member to join our front office and accommodation team. In this role, you will help anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure every visitor receives a smooth, memorable experience in line with our company values: Care, Pride, Accountability, and Determination.

• Experience: Ideally previous hotel or hospitality work experience in customer service, cleaning and night duties.

• Education: Completed secondary or high school qualification.

• Skills & Abilities: Excellent guest care, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and use your own initiative.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Standards: Excellent personal presentation, grooming, and adherence to company uniform standards.

• Availability: Flexibility to work varied night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations & Service: Greet guests warmly at reception, manage luggage, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and actively encourage stay reviews.

• Hotel Operations: Maintain pristine presentation of the lobby, exterior, and front/back of house areas (including cleaning guidelines). Assist with room service, food and drink service, and general property walkthroughs.

• Safety & Compliance: Monitor fire routes and doors, follow Health & Safety guidelines, and assist the Night Manager with evening hotel operations and security.
