The Cover Club is an exclusive private members’ community within Sircle Collection, designed to foster meaningful connections across Wellness, Business, and Culture. Our Barcelona branch offers a boutique experience where members enjoy curated events, premium hospitality, and a vibrant network of leaders and creatives. As Membership Manager, you will lead the strategic development and growth of The Cover Club Barcelona. Your role is pivotal in attracting and retaining high-quality members, ensuring an exceptional experience, and cultivating a dynamic community aligned with our three pillars.
You will also oversee a part-time Events & Member Relations Coordinator to deliver seamless programming and engagement. This is a highly visible, member-facing position requiring strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of lifestyle, luxury hospitality, and community-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Growth: Develop strategies to attract and retain members; manage the full membership lifecycle and CRM accuracy.
Member Experience: Deliver a personalized, high-touch service; act as main contact and foster community culture.
Events & Programming: Oversee event planning and execution; co-create an annual calendar and refine based on feedback.
Partnerships: Build strategic collaborations with brands and institutions aligned with our pillars.
Operations & Finance: Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting; ensure compliance with standards and data protection.
