About The Cover
Located in the heart of Vienna within Max Brown Hotel 7th District, The Cover is a private membership club designed around three key areas: well-being, work life, and community. Since its launch in 2021 in Barcelona, we have successfully opened further clubs in Amsterdam and London. The Cover Vienna features over 1,000 m² of space, including a social lounge, gym, spa, workspaces, event areas, and a terrace. Members also receive exclusive benefits at our restaurants and hotels across the Sircle Collection.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent, highly organised Membership Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our daily member experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a service environment. Working closely alongside our Membership Manager and bar staff, you will bridge the gap between back-of-house organisation and front-of-house warmth. You will play a crucial role in keeping the club running smoothly every day.

What you will do

1. Member Experience & Floor Operations

●      Serve as a welcoming, polished host across all club spaces (co-working, terrace and social spaces).

●      Prepare and serve quality barista coffees, beverages, and light hospitality offerings with speed and care.

●      Deliver warm, professional, and personalised service to members and their guests at all times.

2. Event Administration & Support

●      Create and distribute accurate documentation and communication to relevant departments ie prepare Banqueting Event Orders (BEOs) ahead of scheduled events to keep team members aligned.

●      Log all event details, member inquiries, and bookings accurately into internal software systems.

●      Support the Membership Manager with day-of preparation and floor coordination when needed.

●      Attend club events and lead tours for potential, new applicants when necessary during events.

3. Club Growth & Guest Relations

●      Conduct engaging, professional tours of the club for prospective members, showcasing the gym, co-working, terrace, social spaces with a strong understanding of the 3 pillars to the club.

●      Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding our members and high-profile guests.

●      Act as a reliable point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and requests.

4. Space Presentation & Detail

●      Maintain an extraordinary eye for detail, ensuring all club areas (from co-working desks to the terrace lounge) remain immaculate, orderly and inviting.

• Strong familiarity with administrative tasks, scheduling, or logging details in spreadsheets/systems

• Previous experience in hospitality

• Prior exposure to event support—whether from assisting with venue setups, event planning, pop-ups

• Comfortable working with club management software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends based on club needs

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary of EUR 2263,00 for a 40-hour work week.
