As our Leisure Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of account management of our collection of hotels across Europe within the Leisure landscape. Your mission? To contract and build lasting relationships within this segment, all from the bustling heart of our Headquarters in Amsterdam. Your clients are wholesalers and tour operators. This is what you're going to do  

• Manage and prospect for Leisure business in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights and room revenue. 

• Extend and negotiate contracted accounts with existing and new customers. 

• Organize business review meetings with all your accounts. 

• Relationship management and organizing site inspections in our hotels. 

• Pro-actively provide input for strategic account plans and commercial strategy. 

• Stakeholder management: for example with the Revenue department and Booking Office. 

• International travel to visit ITB and WTM: you’re a real brand ambassador!

To succeed in this role as Leisure Sales Manager, we believe you are a born salesperson who does not hesitate to take a leading role in the sales performance of Sircle Collection. You’re a team player who is always willing to support other Sales team members. You are flexible, hunger for a challenge and ready to hit the ground running. You are organized, proactive and result driven. Together with: 

• One year of experience in a similar sales position (in the Leisure segment, this is a must!)

• Excellent communication skills in English 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

• Experience with selling a hotel group is a plus 

• You live within travel distance of our Headquarters in Amsterdam
