This is what you’re going to do

As an intern you will support the Legal/Compliance team with overseeing and organizing the Compliance process of the SMB holding group. 

• Improve your analytical skills through analysing and Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Be in charge to ensure that the group's entities are in compliance with all permits.
• Assisting on permitting processes.
• Getting the opportunity to grow into a junior Compliance professional.

As a Legal/Compliance intern you support the team in performing daily compliance tasks and take action on last minute events when needed. Your day will change day by day since you are working on projects for both existing properties ánd upcoming. The biggest challenge will be the creative flexibility you need when working on different projects in the Netherlands but also abroad.

This is why you are the best candidate

You are an enthusiastic and proactive candidate, who can work on different projects in a timely manner. You know how to prioritize cases and work under pressure. Ideally you follow a Master in Law and are allowed to do an internship to gain experience. It is necessary to be a good communicator (in English & preferably Dutch) and you're able to connect and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of their curriculum ór are able to hand over an internship agreement.Thesis writing is unfortunately not possible.

Compensation

The internship compensation is € 525 per month (gross) based on a fulltime internship.
