Sir Hotels is headed to Prague!

The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center, opening soon, will be situated near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will showcase 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, a boutique Spa, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

As the General Manager, you'll play an exciting role in launching Sir Hotels in a new city. You'll oversee the entire hotel opening process, from start to finish, with the support of our team. This involves introducing our brand to a new market, connecting with locals and neighbors, and crafting unique guest experiences. Drawing upon your international experience, particularly in boutique hotels, you'll assemble a strong team that embodies the Sir Hotels’ brand and lead your hotel management team toward a successful opening. Fluency in English and Czech is desired to ensure a seamless and thoughtful introduction of our brand while upholding our high-quality of standards. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Generating exceptional guest interactions that resonate with the Sir Hotels brand essence and exceed guest expectations, creating memorable moments. Top of Form 
• Fostering a workplace culture that promotes team spirit, pride, and personal growth.
• Implementing and refining operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Formulating tailored strategies to achieve property-specific objectives in close cooperation with our Regional Director of Operations and other stakeholders.
• Cultivating meaningful relationships within the local community to enhance our brand presence.
• Upholding and embodying the core values of Sircle Collection in all interactions. 

Your Qualifications:

• Proven track record in hotel management, preferably within the boutique luxury segment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering personalized, luxury boutique service.
  
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
  
• Experience in pre-opening operations, especially within the international hotel market, is highly valued.
  
• Fluency in English and in Czech language.
