Job description
Sircle Collection is rapidly expanding its portfolio of hotels across Europe, leading to an increase in projects. To ensure we maintain our high standards and efficiently manage our growing number of projects, we're excited to welcome a new Project Specialist to our team. Collaborating closely with the Project Controller, you'll be an integral part of our Finance department. This full-time position offers the chance to work from our dynamic headquarters in the heart of Amsterdam, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
This is what you're going to do
As a project specialist you are in a facilitating role where you will assist in various (corporate) finance projects and application management. With new hotel and restaurant openings you assist in the roll-out of systems and procedures in order to make sure the operational teams will have a flying start. You are an important member to find the best solution for financial questions while making all stakeholders happy and keeping the desired mission and vision in mind.
- Supporting and improving new (financial) systems. For example, POS-PMS-Retail-Purchasing systems, financial bookkeeping systems, report tooling.
- Ensure that procedures and processes are written, aligned and standardized.
- Ensure that integrations between certain systems are set up and/or guaranteed.
- Application management; for example, creating users in different financial systems.
- Mentoring interns.

The best candidate is a team player who is able to work independently and takes responsibility. You have a wide interest and knowledge in processes and systems within the finance department. Since we are a service-oriented department in a service-oriented industry we need you to have an eye for detail and be aware of the needs of your colleagues or stakeholders.
In combination with:
- Financial background (HBO work-thinking level).
- 3 years of experience in finance administration.
- Experience in administrative systems, financial procedures and MS Office.
- Professional work attitude.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
