What you will do:

The position for a Cook in Sir Victor is for a detail-oriented person, reliable cook to join our ongoing growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the kitchen department of the restaurant. As a cook you will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Your skills and a good understanding of high efficiency and concept experience are a must.

Main responsibilities:

•  Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.

• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages to senior chefs promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all HACCP guidelines are followed.

• Assist in creating an exceptional experience for guests.

• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strive to improve culinary skills and contribute to menu development.

• Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience as a cook is required.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish/English

• Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude.

• Have a DNI/NIE, Social Security number, and a Spanish bank account at the time of joining.
