The company is committed to continue grow in its selected hospitality segment. Each year we open one or more new hotels, while we are evaluating our existing portfolio and its financing needs. This constant deal flow ensures that you are constantly challenged and you are learning. You see it as a challenge to be involved in multiple project. You will work in our Headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam.

This is what you're going to do

As an intern you will support the Acquisitions and Finance teams in their effort to evaluate and analyse Sircle Collection’s and SMB’s portfolio.

• Analysing potential hotel projects.
• Analysing financing projects.
• Assist in due diligence processes and analyse existing properties in the portfolio.
• Carry out market analysis and competitor research.
• Financial modelling and investment analysis.
• General support to the transactions team.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should follow a Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance or Real Estate. You have excellent command of English in word and writing. Additional languages are a plus. You are available as of February 2025 for a minimum period of five months. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and independent professional with good computer and analytical skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are a team player with an open-minded attitude and you’re willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment. We are an inclusive multi-cultured organisation operating at the highest level and demand a lot, but also value being casual in our approach.

This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of his/her curriculum. Thesis writing is unfortunately not possible.

Compensation

• The internship compensation is € 525 gross based on a fulltime internship.
