This role offers a unique opportunity to elevate the Provocateur Hotel's presence in Berlin's

dynamic hospitality scene. You will focus on operational excellence while inspiring your

teams, optimizing performance, and fostering a collaborative environment. With a

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations at Provocateur Hotel Berlin, ensuring exceptional service

and guest satisfaction.

• Lead, coach, and develop the management team, implementing clear action plans to

enhance performance and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with all operational standards, including fire safety, HACCP

regulations, and local labor laws.

• Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and experiences, responding

proactively to feedback.

• Shape strategic and budget plans for the hotel, focusing on revenue optimization

and cost control.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand initiatives and

guest experience goals.

• Develop local partnerships to enhance business opportunities and keep pace with

market trends.

• Champion a positive workplace culture that reflects our core values: heartfelt

service, ambition, surprise, and creativity.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience within a hotel

environment,  particularly in Food & Beverage,

• A commitment to high personal integrity and respectful workplace practices.
