Welcome to Sircle Collection, known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods. We’re expanding our portfolio in Gibraltar, and are now looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Clerk to join our Finance Team.

In this full-time role, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our properties, particularly for two new restaurants, The Butcher Social Club opening in September 2026 and Maison Coucou opening in December 2026.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and post daily cash, card and bank payments

• Manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts

• Process invoices and employee travel expenses, ensuring compliance and proper approvals

• Generate monthly payment runs for each legal entity

• Collaborate closely with suppliers and operational teams at The Butcher and Maison Coucou to resolve finance-related queries

• Support the preparation of annual financial statements and assist with financial and tax audits

• Contribute to month-end closing, including P&L preparation and balance sheet reconciliation

• Assist with  cash flow management

  What we need from you:

• Experienced in hotel and/or restaurant finance operations, including Income Control, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Inventory

• Proficient in Excel and preferably experienced with SAP

• Solid knowledge of Gibraltar tax regulations and accounting principles

• Organised, detailed oriented, and able to manage multiple task and deadlines effectively

• Fluent in English - Spanish an advantage but not essential

• Eligible to work in Gibraltar
