The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center is opening soon near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will feature 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the success of our opening team. Working closely with the restaurant manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and seamless coordination between the kitchen and front of house. 

• Your responsibilities will include: 

• Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. 

• Leading by example, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. 

• Assisting with staff training and development to ensure high performance and team cohesion. 

• Ensuring smooth daily operations, including managing shifts, delegating tasks, and solving problems on the go. 

• Monitoring service standards and addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally. 

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of service. 

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role in hospitality.

• Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards.
