Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024! Opening our first boutique hotel in the UK in Q3 2024, we are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our preopening team and successfully bring our brand to life.

The hotel will be located next to Liverpool Street Station, tucked away in Devonshire Square a charming brick courtyard with 81 serene rooms, including 11 suites, The Cover our private members' club, and our Seven North restaurant a concept by award-winning Chef Eyal Shani. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As our Reservations Agent, you will be an essential part of our dynamic sales team. You'll play a key role in the sales team, ensuring the success of our new hotel by being responsible for processing and booking individual as well as group reservations for our London property. You will ensure that all our guests requirements are met and know exactly how to react to any requested changes.

Your mission is to communicate with the guest, as well as the hotel team in the best way in order to achieve the highest possible revenue and provide exceptional customer service experiences. We embrace one-of-a kind people & experiences, so having an tailored approach when dealing with clients will be essential. You will process and book all individual bookings for our London hotel. You will also actively cross sell services and facilities within the hotel.

You will be the engine of the reservations/sales team, supporting with bedroom reservations, and group bookings. You will process options, special requests and changes to existing reservations correctly and in a timely manner. You will be adept at answering phone calls and emails. You will also support financially related tasks, such as preparing pro forma invoices and commission claims. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks based on a Daily Checklist, such as checking arrivals. As our Reservations Agent, you will work with the Front Office team and this collaboration will be crucial in boosting revenues and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

Whilst having prior experience as a Reservations Agent is advantageous, it is not a requirement, we are ultimately looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about hospitality!

In addition to this, having strong organisational, administrative and time management skills are essential to succeed within the role. We are looking for someone who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to help build relationships with key stakeholders and clients. 

Given that we're in the preopening phase of our hotel, we need someone who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be joining us in July 2024.
