Why this vacancy is available

For the smooth running of the maintenance of all areas within hotel, we are looking for your technical expertise to create a safe haven for our employees and guests. In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator who is also your point of contact. Are you someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, is inspiring but also decisive, and is constantly looking for an even higher level of quality and service?

This is what you're going to do

  • You take ownership in identifying and resolving technical issues and performing inspection rounds in the hotel on a daily basis
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on all hotel equipment and assets as scheduled or requested by guests
  • You are the first point of contact for third parties in case of technical problems that cannot be solved by yourself or the team
  • You will perform preventative maintenance on hotel guest rooms
  • You will ensure periodic checks and maintenance of machinery

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have been working in a similar role within hospitality for at least one year. You have excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of electricity/ gas/ water systems. It goes without saying that you are a technical guru who is energetic, flexible, have a technical mindset and always looking for new ways to optimize.
