As our International Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of account management, championing our collection of hotels across Europe specifically within the German market. Your mission? To captivate, conquer, and cultivate partnerships within the local German market, all from the bustling heart of our Headquarters in Amsterdam. Get ready for regular travel to Germany for sales appointments where you'll make waves and leave a lasting impression.

This is what you're going to do  

  • Manage and prospect for Corporate & MICE business of accounts based in Germany in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights, room revenue and banquets revenue assigned to this market 
  • Extend and negotiate contracted accounts and manage further growth by implementing account development plans 
  • Build relationships to contract new business 
  • Take charge of corporate partnerships and provide proactive input for strategic account plans and commercial strategies  
  • Meet and exceed annual sales goals 
  • You will participate in Sales trips for the Scandinavian market (once or twice a year) and picking up leads 
  • Being a brand ambassador and example to the team.

To succeed in this role as International Sales Manager, we believe you are a born salesperson who does not hesitate to take a leading role in the sales performance of Sircle Collection for the German market. You are flexible and have a strong adaptability. You are organized, proactive and an inspiring leader. Together with:


  • At least three years of experience in a similar sales position
  • Native proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with selling a hotel group is a plus
  • You live within travel distance of our Headquarters in Amsterdam
