As our Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team.


This is what you're going to do

  • Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service;

  • You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and trainees;

  • You will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department;

  • Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;

  • Assist the daily operations on different departments;

  • Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises;

  • Handling complaints according to procedure.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. You speak and write fluently in English, and fluency in Dutch is a plus. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures.
