We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable bartender for our evening shifts!

If you enjoy working in a bar environment, take pride in providing excellent service, and love creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, we’d love to meet you. You’ll primarily work starting at 16:00 and help ensure our guests have a fantastic evening, whether they’re enjoying a drink at the bar or being served in the bar area.

Your responsibilities:

• Take primary responsibility for the bar and a selection of drinks and snacks in accordance with our standards and recipes

• Serve tables in the bar area: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure everything runs smoothly

• Prepare the bar for service, including garnishes, glasses, and supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar and service areas throughout your shift

• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests with a positive and professional attitude

• Process transactions correctly and follow all procedures for cash and card payments

• Work efficiently during the evening hours while supporting the team

• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service

• Experience in bar service or a similar role in the hospitality industry

• Enjoyment of interacting with guests and working in the service industry

• A positive attitude and a professional, well-groomed appearance

• A strong team spirit and a respectful, cooperative attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours

• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic

• A natural host or hostess (you’ll take care of our guests and support your team in equal measure)

• At least one year of experience in the food and beverage industry / experience as a server or bartender

  Gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective agreement: EUR 2263,00
