Night Auditor (m/f/d) at Max Brown 7th District

Are you a night owl ready to create unforgettable stays for our guests even in the late hours? As a Night Auditor at Max Brown 7th District, you will ensure that our guests feel well taken care of with your warm service and responsible attitude, even during the night.

Our hotel never sleeps – and you are the one who keeps things running smoothly at night. You will be the key contact for late arrivals and night owls while also handling essential administrative and accounting tasks. With your attention to detail and hospitality, you ensure that both guests and the team start the next day seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing overnight inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and ensure a smooth night audit process.

Operational Oversight:

• Supervise night operations, ensuring all departments are functioning effectively and upholding brand standards.
• Monitor hotel safety and security, addressing incidents or emergencies in line with established protocols.

Night Audit and Reporting:

• Perform nightly financial audits, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate handovers to the morning team.
• Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager and Front Office Manager to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Emergency Response:

• Act as the point of contact for emergencies, ensuring guest and staff safety through effective crisis management.
• Coordinate with external services, such as medical or security personnel, when necessary.

• English needs to be spoken and written fluently
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
  
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 2.178,- (based on full time). We guarantee an overpayment according to your experience and qualification.
