At Park Centraal Amsterdam, we believe great hospitality starts with great people. To help us elevate our food & beverage experience, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring F&B Manager. As our F&B Manager, you will lead the F&B operations within Park Centraal Amsterdam, including Breakfast, Banqueting and Bar Claes. Together with your supervisors, you ensure our guests receive exceptional service every day while continuously improving quality, guest satisfaction and commercial results.

A key focus of this role is coaching and developing your team. You will work closely with our supervisors, helping them grow in their roles, strengthen their leadership skills and take ownership of their departments. At the same time, you will identify opportunities to further enhance our breakfast experience and optimize our banqueting operation, which plays an important role in our daytime business.

MOMO Restaurant is managed separately by our colleagues at The Entourage Group and does not fall within your scope of responsibility.

This is what you're going to do

• Lead, coach and support the F&B supervisors in their daily responsibilities and professional development;

• Drive service excellence across Breakfast, Banqueting and Bar Claes;

• Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial performance;

• Ensure smooth daily operations by overseeing planning, staffing and service delivery;

• Monitor service standards and proactively respond to guest feedback;

• Take ownership of the F&B budget together with the Hotel Manager, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement;

• Recruit, onboard and retain talented F&B team members;

• Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, personnel administration, invoice approvals and reporting;

• Lead by example and create a positive, professional and motivating work environment.

In addition, you bring: 

• Proven experience in coaching and developing supervisors or team leaders;

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards;

• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and performance management;

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and relevant F&B regulations;

• Excellent communication and organisational skills;

• A flexible mindset and willingness to support the operation whenever needed.

While hospitality never truly sleeps, this role is primarily focused on our daytime operation, with breakfast and banqueting being key areas of responsibility. Bar Claes operates during the evening and is supported by an experienced team of bartenders.
