Sir Prague Hotel

The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center has opened near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will feature 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

What You’ll Be Doing with Us:

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and available on time.

• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages to senior chefs promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all HACCP guidelines are followed.

• Assist in creating an exceptional breakfast experience for guests.

• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strive to improve culinary skills and contribute to menu development.

• Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• At least one year experience in kitchen, ability to learn and advance
