We are on the look for an F&B Outlet Manager to join our preopening team within The Cover. The club has an exclusive bar, restaurant, and lounge reserved for members. Within the club, members can enjoy a diverse array of curated events, featuring tastings, readings, panels, and networking opportunities. Members can indulge in distinctive Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and crafted beverages at Seven North, guided by the expertise of acclaimed chef Eyal Shani.

Set to open in Q3 2024, The Cover will be the second private members club within the Sircle Collection group, located in a brand new Sircle Collection hotel. The hotel will be located next to Liverpool Street Station, tucked away in Devonshire Square a charming brick courtyard with 81 serene rooms, including 11 suites, The Cover our private members' club, and our Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As our F&B Outlet Manager at The Cover, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence, overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of team members to deliver great service. Day-to-day operations will flourish under your watchful eye, from seamless scheduling to meticulous adherence to health and safety regulations. And as a true visionary, you'll continually seek out ways to innovate and elevate our members' experiences, fostering unwavering loyalty at every turn.

Job requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar private members club.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Given that we're in the preopening phase, we need someone who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will ideally join us in July 2024.
