We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant (Entry‑Level) to join the team at Sir Victor Hotel, located just steps away from Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Milà. A vibrant and creative space featuring 91 rooms, a spa, gym, The Rooftop, MR PORTER restaurant, a pool, and a private members’ club (The Cover).

Your Role

You will support the Finance Department with daily administrative and accounting tasks. Your mission will be to help maintain accurate financial records and smooth internal processes, providing professional support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring everything runs in an organised and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and accounting documents.
• Ensure all financial documentation is correctly validated and filed.
• Verify financial and tax-related data.
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Keep systems and databases updated.
• Support account reconciliations and monthly closing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare basic reports on account status and discrepancies.

Contract Details

• Permanent contract.
• Start date: immediate incorporation (March).
• Gross salary: 1,900€ per month.
