The Rooftop at Sir Victor offers stunning views and fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. With a relaxed atmosphere, it's the perfect place for lunch, drinks, or brunch, providing the best views of Casa Milà.

As our rooftop Restaurant Manager you will play the role of providing amazing experiences for our guests, build and guide your team to your our standards, set dynamic guidelines for your team to work with and ensure a smooth operation on a day-to-day basis.

Goal: Ensure that the The Rooftop team offers a quality service, securing that all actions carried out seek the loyalty and prescription of our guests and the satisfaction of external and internal customers.


Main functions:

  • Know and take responsibility for the complaints and congratulations of guests and clients of The Rooftop, promoting the pertinent actions and responses in each case.
  • Create internal sales opportunities, based on the hotel occupancy, forecast, income and margin, proposing the necessary improvement actions for it.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to promote the Rooftop via the respective channels (SEO optimization, Social Media Content, CRM data analysis, EDM marketing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create new leads and offering for events, parties & special occasions by visit clients & researching new opportunities.
  • Work with the Group Director of F&B & bar manager to create conceptualize the beverage offering based on our latest concept and menu engineer the new beverage menu.
  • Guarantee that the rooftop team a have the necessary tools to work effectively and offer the desired service to guests and customers at the point of sale.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the hotel's departmental leads to offer an excellent, coordinated and effective service to the guests and clients of the hotel.
  • Be an example and ambassador of the SIR VICTOR Mission, ensuring the final satisfaction of the external and internal client, and ensuring that all the Supervisors act in the same way with their teams
  • Oversee and guarantee a good working environment within The Rooftop, promoting teamwork, both within and with the rest of the F&B departments.
  • Take responsibility for the personal and professional development of the supervisors so they develop their teams in cascade, being an example and reference of the SIR VICTOR Leader.

Job requirements

  • Training in Hospitality and Tourism, ideally at University level.
  • Languages: High level English & Spanish.
  • Office automation: Office package (Excel, above all, high level).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management position with similar characteristics. Great connoisseur of floor and bar operations, as well as the internal operations of a 4-5 star hotel.
  • Experience in banquets and events.
  • Advanced knowledge in control and billing systems and valuable knowledge in production kitchen management.
