Get ready to bring our many brands’ personalities (Sir Hotels, Max Brown Hotels, Park Centraal Hotels and more) to life on social media. Your work will start with digging into the audiences of each brand and end with managing and nourishing the community. You’ll do this in collaboration with your creative, international colleagues within the Marketing team.

You’re a social media expert who can seamlessly hop between the needs of the various brands. You’ve got a creative eye with a great sense of what’s on-brand and what definitely isn’t. You love a good plan, but you’re also able to hop into the mix and go with the flow when plans change.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devise and implement social strategy, from creating a hashtag database to reviewing and populating the content calendar

• Creative content strategy: craft posts, stories, reels, TikToks and more with your insight on trends & what works best

• Content creation: Take photos & videos of the properties & cities with a phone, edit videos for Reels, stories & TikToks, write caption copy

• Monitor & analyze social analytics, and provide a regular report on key findings and highlights

• Keep an eye on social media trends and help our brands adapt

• Community management: liking/commenting/responding to DMs

• Schedule social posts

• Support PR in identifying potential collaborators to partner with on content

• Guide freelance videographers/photographers to create new content

• Find relevant curated content

• 3+ years experience working within social media management

• A deep appreciation for social media in all its forms and an excitement for the new & next big trend or platform

• Excellent communication and time management skills 

• A love of deadlines and organization

• A creative eye to help shape photo, design & copy content

• Can jump into new technology and production processes, experience with Falcon is a plus

• Ideally local to Amsterdam but can also work remotely

• Graphic design & copywriting experience is a big plus
