Seven North, the restaurant at the Max Brown Hotel, in Vienna's vibrant 7th district, designed by acclaimed chef Eyal Shani. The open kitchen, our large cocktail bar and good music create a sense of spontaneity and great passion for eating, drinking and celebrating together.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce the waiter’s name
• Greet guests upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist wait staff as needed

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional hostess with relevant experience who wants to join our opening team to put this new restaurant and cocktail bar on the map. They are hands-on, amazing with the team, love the personal approach of an informal restaurant environment, can quickly establish credibility and respect and perform well at building strong working relationships.

• Previous work experience as a hostess
• Excellent customer service skills (in person, writing and speaking)
• Flexible availability on nights and weekends
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• Active listening and effective communication skills (fluent in speaking English)

Gross monthly salary is EUR 1910,00 based on 40 hours
