As a Sales Manager (your office is in the hotel), you will take the reins of total account management for the Corporate & MICE landscape at Park Centraal The Hague. Your mission is to charm, win over and partner with the local market. Your secret weapon? An innate understanding of The Hague’s unique dynamics.

This is what you're going to do

• First point of contact for corporate partnerships with Park Centraal The Hague;
• Manage and prospect for Corporate/ Government business of accounts in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights and room revenue to this market;
• Extend and negotiate contracted accounts and manage further growth by implementing account development plans;
• Responsible for corporate partnerships;
• Pro-actively provide input for strategic account plans and commercial strategies;
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals;
• Being a brand ambassador and example to the team.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a born salesperson who does not hesitate to take a leading role in the sales performance of Park Centraal The Hague. You are flexible and have a strong adaptability. You are organized, proactive and an inspiring leader. Together with:

• At least two years of experience in a sales role;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Knowledge of the local corporate market in The Hague & surroundings
