Job description

Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024, opening our first boutique hotel in the UK! We are looking for a Sales Manager join our preopening team and successfully bring our brand to life.

Set to open in Summer 2024, the hotel will be located in Devonshire Square and will include 81 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, The Cover - our private members club and gym facilities. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, as well as creating surprising experiences for our teams members, and guests every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As our Sales Manager, you will be an essential part of our dynamic sales team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our new hotel by supporting our Director of Sales in developing strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to drive revenue growth.

We embrace individuality and as our Sales Manager, you’ll be our representative and the face of our brand within the market. We look for a person with an ability to think outside of the box to gain, retain and repeat business. On a day to day basis, you will be  handling outbound sales calls, site visits, client entertainment as well as written communication, ensuring that each client interaction is unique and memorable. With our Director of Sales, you will manage and prospect for appropriate corporate business accounts in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights and room revenue for our market. 

You will also be liaising with our clients to extend and negotiate contracted accounts and manage further growth by implementing account development plans. Being our Sales Manager, you will pro-actively provide input for strategic account plans and commercial strategies to meet and exceed annual sales goals. We are looking for a team player, who possesses a desire to coach selling techniques to the wider hotel team on property, motivate and to assist in developing our sales team.

Job requirements

Whilst having prior experience as a Sales Manager is requirement, we are ultimately looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about hospitality!

We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of the London hospitality market with a network of industry contact and potential clients in London being a plus. Candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset. As we are currently in our hotel’s preopening phase, the successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic preopening environment. We are looking for our Sales Manager to join us in April/ June 2024.
