Our sales department HQ is located in Amsterdam Centre. As Sales Manager of Park Hotel The Hague you will get support from HQ while your office will be mainly in The Hague. In this position you are responsible for account management and business development for both corporate transient and corporate MICE contracting focused on the South of Holland, as well as managing all governmental and diplomatic accounts in The Netherlands for the full portfolio of hotels of Sircle Collection. You will be the main sales contact for Park Hotel The Hague, taking the leading role in the performance of the Park Hotel The Hague through a rebranding process in the coming year(s). Success is determined through achievement of revenue goals and improvement in market share performance.

About You

  • An inspiring leader, positive minded and a true ambassador for Park Hotel The Hague;
  • Strong in account management, sales strategy and policies;
  • You are a born salesperson and you don’t hesitate to take a leading role in the performance of the Park Hotel The Hague through a rebranding process in the coming year(s);
  • You are able to create and implement a Business Development Plan and sales action plan for the local The Hague & Rotterdam market.


  • First point of contact for corporate partnerships with Park Hotel The Hague;
  • Manage and prospect for Corporate/ Government business of accounts in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights, room revenue and banquets revenue assigned to this market;
  • Extend and negotiate contracted accounts and manage further growth by implementing account development plans;
  • Responsible for corporate partnerships;
  • Taking a leading role in cross selling the entire Sircle Collection portfolio in your market.

Job requirements

  • Written and verbal communication skills, including giving presentation to clients;
  • Experience in local corporate market The Hague & surroundings is a pre/ or advantage;
  • Clear communicator internally on processes, challenges and successes;
  • 1-2+ year experience in a similar position or as a sales executive for a hotel/ hotel chain;
  • Bachelor of University graduate degree;
  • Great in building relationships and participation in network meetings;
  • You are result driven, hungry for a challenge and ready to hit the ground running.
