We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for the Account Management of a number of corporate clients based in Spain and sell our collection of hotels throughout Europe.

About You

As a Sales Executive, you will be the ambassador of our values and brands. You love to organize inspiring client events & show arounds, where your enthusiasm is beyond doubt. Besides you have a strong focus on Business Development by contracting new corporate clients in your area. We are looking for a creative networker - a true entrepreneur - who has affinity with the unique and "high-end" hotel concepts in the lifestyle segment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and prospect for Corporate business in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights, room revenue and banquets revenue assigned to the this market segment
  • Builds and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
  • Extend and negotiate contracted accounts and develop them with further growth
  • Follow-up sales leads through diverse channels in order to contract new accounts
  • Create and implement a prospecting plan and sales action plan
  • Establish and maintain visibility of Sircle Collection within corporate segment
  • Liaise with the Sales Team colleagues in Europe and Meetings & Event department

Job requirements

  • Ideally you have at least 1+ years of experience in a similar position or a traineeship and a Bachelor or University Graduate degree.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills (English and Spanish mandatory, Catalan will be a plus)
  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves: we are a small team, so for the most part it's an all-hands-on-deck environment. Success at Sircle Collection means taking on anything that comes your way with flexibility and enthusiasm;
  • You are result driven, hungry for a challenge and ready to hit the ground running; but you never stop learning.
  • Curiosity is a must as we try to stay ahead of the curve.
