Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024, opening our first boutique hotel in the UK! We are looking for a Safety and Security Manager join our preopening team and successfully bring our brand to life.

Set to open in Summer 2024, the hotel will be located in Devonshire Square and will include 81 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, The Cover - our private members club and gym facilities. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

As our Safety and Security Manager, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, as well as creating surprising experiences for our teams members, and guests every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As our Hotel Safety and Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies and procedures to protect our property, assets, and reputation.

You will work alongside a security officer, and when required, with agency team members to monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems. Oversee a team of security personnel and ensure their training and readiness. As our Safety and Security Manager, you will conduct regular security & risk assessments, handle emergency situations and liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services. When necessary, you will investigate any security incidents and breaches, implement procedures to avoid any accidents and ensure our compliance with the local authorities.

Reporting into our General Manager, you will provide sound advice and training to the team members on safety and security protocols, collaborating with all departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

The successful candidate will have proven experience with an Assistant/ Safety & Security Manager role in a hotel or similar hospitality environment. It is essential you hold an SIA licence and have a good knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry best practices. 

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for an individual who has the ability to work under pressure, handle emergency situations calmly and have extensive experience with CCTV systems. As our Safety and Security Manager, you will need to have a good attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for the successful candidate to join us in April/ May 2024.
