Seven North is among the many celebrated concepts from renowned celebrity MasterChef Judge - Eyal Shani. We are looking for an Restaurant General Manager to lead our innovative, zero waste and sustainable restaurant concept drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and other local European cuisines. Within Seven North, we are looking for chefs to create pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared. As Chef Eyal says, "we hope you feel free and feel the love” in our playful, passionate vibe.

Set to open in Summer 2024, Seven North will be located within the first UK Sircle Collection hotel within Devonshire Square. The hotel will include 81 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, The Cover - our private members club and gym facilities. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

What you’ll be doing with us

As our Restaurant General Manager, you are responsible for the daily restaurant service operation, developing trainings, SOP’s and gaining insight in possibilities to improve team dynamics and efficiency. The focus of the Restaurant General Manager will be to create a service team to deliver exceptional product and service to our guests. In addition to this, you will be the face of the restaurant, leading and directing an efficient team of Supervisors, a Bar Manager, Bartenders, Waiters, Hosts, and more.

The key to success within the role of Restaurant General Manager together with your Bar Manager & Restaurant Supervisors, will be to keep a track of productivity, conduct and encourage on-the-job trainings to increase our guest satisfaction. You will report in to our Senior F&B leads within Seven North & Sircle Collection, developing the restaurant and reviewing profit margins, reporting on P&Ls and managing the labour costs. In addition to this, you manage the restaurant's relationship with the Kitchen, Marketing, People & Culture, Finance and other relevant departments, ensuring that the restaurant is supported in all aspects to ensure its success.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional Restaurant General Manager with demonstrated experience within restaurant management who will be passionate in launching the Seven North concept within the UK market.

The successful candidate will be a solution focused, hands on with a desire to build and grow a service team . We are looking for an individual with strong relationship building abilities, and excellent communicator who can quickly establish credibility and grow a team. We would like the successful candidate to start with us in March/ April 2024
