About Sircle Collection

About the role

As our Regional Director of Sales The Netherlands you will use your distinct leadership style to support your team and guide them to the next level. You supervise our Dutch Sales team (6 FTE + 2 trainees). You will be working from our Headquarters located in the city centre of Amsterdam. You are the ‘ambassador’ of our unique lifestyle collection of hotels. On a spirited, motivational and energetic manner, you sell and promote the divers’ brands that Sircle Collection has to offer. You are a true leader with initiative and help the team to the next level in terms of commercial skills. Of course, you increase revenues for your segments for all our hotels.


This is what you're going to do

  • Supervise, manage and lead our Sales team based in the Netherlands;
  • Initiate, plan, direct, implement and execute the commercial defined strategy within your region to grow revenue and market share;
  • Create and maintain a highly energized selling culture;
  • Achieve revenue goals;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Improvement in market share performance.

Job requirements

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you have 5+ years of experience in Hospitality Sales. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in English and preferably Dutch. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves: we are a small team so for the most part it’s an all-hands-on-deck environment. Together with:

  • Fulltime availability;
  • Experienced in leading a team;
  • Knowledge about multiple segments is a plus (Luxury, Corporate, consortia);
  • Being extremely good with numbers and manage people individually based on them;
  • Result oriented and you know the latest trends within the different market segments;
  • Having a strong existing network which will help us taking Sircle Collection to the next level.
