Job description

Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024, opening our first boutique hotel in the UK! We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator join our preopening team and successfully bring our brand to life.


Set to open in Summer 2024, the hotel will be located in Devonshire Square and will include 81 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, The Cover - our private members club and gym facilities. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.


As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, as well as creating surprising experiences for our teams members, and guests every step of the way.


What you’ll be doing with us:

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the People + Culture Manager in recruiting for our Sircle Collection Hotel, The Cover Member Club and our signature destination restaurant. You will play a pivotal role in Sircle Collection's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and ensuring that our company continues to attract and retain the best candidates. Your ability to effectively network, assess candidates, and build strong relationships will be critical to our success.


With our People + Culture Manager, you will be developing and implementing our wider recruitment strategy and ensuring that we research and trial different ways to source talent. In addition to this, you will coordinate open days, attend job fairs, maintain great relationships with universities and key stakeholders to showcase Sircle as an employer of choice.

Job requirements

Prior experience in recruitment is preferable but not a requirement, we are however looking for an individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about hospitality. Within your role, you will have a wider exposure to the People + Culture team, lending a hand when required with learning & development, employee engagement and more.

As we are currently in our hotel’s preopening phase, the successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic preopening environment. The successful candidate will be looking at a March/ April starting date.
