for our regional office in Berlin! If you have experience in HR and a flexible approach to HR matters, if you are determined, shine with communication and social skills, find the hotel industry exciting and have an affinity for the hotel industry, then you could be our new colleague!

Responsibilities

• Advising managers on various personnel law issues
• Support of managers in questions regarding labour law laws and regulations, residence and work permits, sick leave and other employee issues
• Implementation of on- and offboarding processes and the preparation of contracts and contract annexes
• Publishing job advertisements, conducting job interviews, active recruiting via Linkedin
• Participation in the preparation of the monthly payroll

• 1-3 years of HR experience - preferably in the hospitality or a lifestyle services based industry within a global company.
• Knowledge of German labor law
  
• You are fluent in German and English and live in Berlin
