We are an independent group of creative hospitality brands founded in 2011 by award-winning industry expert Liran Wizman. In our more than 10 years, our Amsterdam-based company has grown to include four hotel brands across 14 locations, restaurants, one design concept store and three landmark properties, all set in some of Europe’s most inspiring neighbourhoods.

Set just off of Passeig de Gràcia and a few doors down from Gaudí’s masterpiece Casa Milà, Sir Victor reflects and amplifies the vibrant, creative spirit of the city. With 91 impeccable guest rooms, incredible city views, a luxe spa, lively restaurant, rooftop pool, private members’ club and numerous meeting spaces, it’s a rendez-vous spot for visitors and locals alike

We are currently looking for a person to join our human resourses department called: People & Culture.

Main responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and hiring: selection of candidates, arranging interviews, creating job descriptions, control and management of hiring, termination and modification of contracts;
  • Onboarding and Offboarding process;
  • Administration of staff data in the system; updating and organisation of all documentation (recruitment, leaving, modifications, etc.) and management of payroll variables;
  • Training: preparation of the annual training plan, monitoring and organisation of training, internal training and management of documentation (FUNDAE credit) and management and monitoring of invoicing
  • Interest in being trained to have a generalist profile, understanding and supporting the other areas of the department (Employee Experience, work climate, benefits, internal events planning...).

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and other HR activities.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labour law and payroll administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good English and Spanish.
  • High capacity for managing multiple projects simultaneously and always be promoting change and improving the employee experience.
