Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2025! Opening our first boutique hotel in the UK in Q1 2025, we are looking for a People and Culture Manager / Business Partner to join our preopening People & Culture team and successfully bring our brand to life.
The hotel will be located next to Liverpool Street Station, tucked away in Devonshire Square a charming brick courtyard with 81 serene rooms, including 14 suites, The Cover our private members' club, and our signature restaurant. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

What you’ll be doing with us:
As our People and Culture Manager / Business Partner at our buzzing hotel, restaurant and private members club you'll be the heartbeat of our vibrant team, turning work into a place where everyone wants to be! You’ll build strong, fun connections with our leadership team and guide our managers to be HR champions. From handling tricky situations with a smile to keeping our policies as fresh and inviting as our hotel rooms, you'll ensure that every team member feels supported and valued.
Your role will be all about creating an employee experience that mirrors the warmth and hospitality we offer our guests. You'll dive into HR data, turning insights into meaningful actions that boost morale, engagement, and productivity. Leading projects with a focus on well-being, diversity, and inclusion, you’ll make sure our team culture is as diverse and dynamic as the city we’re in.
But that’s not all - your creativity will shine as you organize playful recognition events, team-building adventures, and cultural celebrations that bring our staff together and make our hotel a place where work feels like play. Whether it's hosting a themed appreciation day, setting up surprise staff rewards, or organizing a charity fun run, you’ll infuse joy and excitement into every corner of our workplace.
You'll also be the face of our employer brand, showcasing our amazing team spirit at job fairs, on social media, and in the community. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion will help us build a team that reflects the vibrant mix of people in our city, making our hotel a true reflection of its surroundings.
As you onboard new hires, you’ll make sure their first day is memorable, with personalized welcomes, fun orientation sessions, and a seamless transition into their new roles. Your attention to detail and passion for people will ensure that everyone who joins us feels like they’ve stepped into something special.
