Why this vacancy is available
To ensure our guests have the best kick-start of the day, we are looking for you to make that happen! As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the complete breakfast service within the hotel. Our breakfast service ranges from room service to buffet service. In this role, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager or Kitchen management, and you will have the space to implement your creativity and ideas!

You work in a dynamic team with people from different cultures and backgrounds. This gives the F&B team a good basis. For good cooperation and the opportunity to develop yourself As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when things do not go as planned. In addition, for you is every day a good start to get the best of yourself and your team.
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have been working as a Food & Beverage professional or in a similar role for at least one year. You are a hands-on professional and can ensure proper work standards, productivity and practices. You get your team going and turn them into early risers each morning. It goes without saying that you are a natural leader with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are able to set up clear procedures and capable of operating independently and solving problems creatively. You are a real team player that always go for the best result for yourself and your colleagues.

Wow, you made it all the way to the bottom of the job description! My name is Morad, the F&B Manager of this historic hotel. I have been working in hospitality and catering for over 20 years. During these years, I have provided many guests with an enjoyable and culinary day or evening. Together with my colleagues from the F&B team, we serve breakfast every day in our cosy breakfast room, we have meetings and event in our historic meeting rooms and we also organise weddings in our colourful garden!
