Sircle Collection is looking for a hands-on, creative and helpful Management Trainee who will be a part of a supportive team that will train you to perform on the highest level of hospitality!

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, focus on details, act fast, think critically and offer solutions to problems with high level of professionalism, confidentiality and sense of responsibility for given tasks. You have a “hands on” mentality, you love to work and get things done and very important; you don’t mind working in evenings and weekends. You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

The job has a high focus on hospitality due to the care you provide for the VIP’s of the Owner and Founder of Sircle Collection and The Entourage Group - Liran Wizman. All VIP’s and their requests need to be given the highest priority. Many booking requests are for hotels and restaurants within Europe. They are coming in different times/days of the week, including evenings and weekends.


  • Taking care of big VIP’s of Liran Wizman in his hotels throughout Europe by booking special rates and making reservations at hotels and restaurants;
  • Correspondence with VIP’s;
  • Creating travel plans and writing meeting memos;
  • Following up and reporting on tasks;
  • Building a data base of contacts;
  • Running errands – organizing/sending packages and deliveries;
  • Handling invoices and handling expenses;
  •  Assisting the team of Liran in events.

Job requirements

  • You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing;
  • You are available for a minimum period of 3 months;
  • Excellent communicative and computer skills;
  • Available as of July/ August 2022.

  • The internship compensation is € 500 gross based on a fulltime internship.
  • We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
