HR Advisor FT

Job description

We are looking for an HR Advisor who is open to work in a fast-growing and dynamic company.

You are, together with the HR Manager, responsible for an efficient, secure and up-tempo completion of practical manners regarding Human Resources. You will be the HR Advisor for the kitchen staff of the venues IZAKAYA, MOMO, MR PORTER & THE DUCHESS.

You will have weekly meetings with the Head-Chefs about all HR operations within your venues. You also have contact with the HR-Manager. You will help them with all HR-orientated questions and projects. In this role, you are responsible for the correct flow of processes. You will support or check the HR Assistant if needed. You will be checking contracts on accuracy, making sure modifications are received correctly by payroll, organizing employee files, and supporting the HR team. Further on, you will be supervising a trainee and work closely together. In short, a position in a dynamic environment where you will be working in an ambitious and young team.


About you 

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person who is able to switch quickly between different projects and tasks. You will be working in a high demanding environment. Taking initiative comes naturally to you and you are highly solution-oriented. You love working independently and are at the same time able to keep the overview and make connections easily.

You will work from our Head Office at Amsterdam Centrum and have to possibility to work out our venues.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HR related processes;
  • Assist in the monthly payroll;
  • Conduct management reports;
  • Being the contact person of all TEG employees;
  • Manage the hours registration and payroll system;
  • Making sure the personnel files are up-to-date at all times;
  • Focusing on new HR trends;
  • Working with the Koninklijke Horeca CAO;
  • Supervise a trainee (every 6 to 10 months);
  • Working on a lot of HR related projects.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree;
  • A min. of 2 year of work experience in a similar job;
  • You are interested to learn more about HR and hospitality;
  • You are a great communicator in both Dutch and English;
  • You have prior knowledge in relevant laws and regulations;
  • You are living in (or nearby) Amsterdam.
