About You

• You are an experienced and hands on motivator;
• It’s in your nature to communicate clearly with surprising coaching skills;
• You like to be part of a hardworking diverse and professional hospitality team;
• You are able to create and nurture a professional and inspiring environment to your team and guests;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Work along the team to provide the best service;
• Managing and train the team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners;
• Assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;
• Checking reservations and pre-blocking rooms to ensures that all guest expectations are exceeded upon arrival;
• Ensure the housekeeping team provides a professional and friendly service for guests.

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisor role;
• Flexible to work in other hotels properties in Amsterdam;
• You love learning new things and you enjoy guests’ satisfaction;
• Flexibility in working morning, evening and weekends;
• You are able to work fulltime.
