Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024, opening our first boutique hotel in the UK! We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our preopening team and successfully bring our brand to life.

Set to open in Summer 2024, the hotel will be located in Devonshire Square and will include 81 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, The Cover - our private members club and gym facilities. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

As our Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, as well as creating surprising experiences for our teams members, and guests every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As our Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel is maintained at the highest standards. You will grow, develop and lead a team of dedicated Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendant and more to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all who visit our hotel.

Within our preopening hotel, you will be responsible to recruit, train, supervise and support the housekeeping team as needed. Reporting into our Hotel Operations Manager, you will develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

Alongside your Housekeeping Supervisors, you will manage the housekeeping rota, liaising with external agency for support when required and conduct productivity and performance evaluations. You will be overseeing inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, monitoring and reporting on our housekeeping budget and expenses whilst, ensuring that we comply with all relevant health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Assistant/ Housekeeping Manager within a hotel with a passion for hospitality. Success within the role will depend on the candidate having strong leadership and organisational skills with an a keen attention to detail and cleanliness.

As our Housekeeping Manager, it is crucial to have a good understanding of health and safety regulations and have the ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be looking at a April/ May 2024 starting date.
