Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024, opening our first boutique hotel in the UK! We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to join our preopening team and successfully bring our brand to life.
Set to open in Summer 2024, the hotel will be located in Devonshire Square and will include 81 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, The Cover - our private members club and gym facilities. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, as well as creating surprising experiences for our teams members, and guests every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing with us:
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful launch of our hotel within the London market. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team that shapes the future of Sircle Collection.
You will report into our General Manager and to lead, train, and manage a dedicated team of hotel team members ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. Within your role, you will be responsible for our Front Office, Housekeeping and Hotel F&B Operations (Room Service, Minibar, Breakfast service and service within The Cover - our private member’s club). During our preopening phase, you will coordinate with the respective department heads to coordinate pre-opening activities and establish standard operating procedures.
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will be focusing on developing and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. You will be involved on the day to day operations of the various departments, monitoring quality and service standards whilst foster a positive work culture and team spirit to ensure heartfelt service is delivers to our guests & team members alike.

The successful candidate will have proven management experience, with an extensive background within hotel operations. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and guest preferences to successfully lead our Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager and hotel F&B leads to success.
As the role is operational, the successful candidate will be flexible to work alongside our operations team, with strong leadership and team building abilities. We look for a Hotel Operations Manager who will be a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will be looking at a April/ May 2024 starting date.
