About you

  • You are confident in creating memorable guest experiences;
  • It’s in your nature to multitask, be proactive and be stress resistant;
  • Good communication skills in German and English; both oral and written. An extra language could be a plus.
  • You are able to create and nurture a professional and fun environment to your guests and team.


Responsibilities

  • Guiding and coaching the team and manage the shift;
  • Monitor, track and answer Online Guest Reviews;
  • You make sure you know everything about the guest’s special inquiries and with your creative mindset you will create the ultimate cliff-hanger to keep guests remembering Sir Nikolai.
  • Having city knowledge  regarding restaurants/bars.

Job requirements


  • You have completed a vocational training in the hotel industry and ideally have initial professional experience at the front office
  • You have the highest standards of quality and service, work independently and are a host from the bottom of your heart
  • As a team player, you are reliable and flexible
  • You have good German & English speaking & writing skills
  • You have a hands-on mentality and love new challenges  
  • Minimum two years front office experience 
  • Flexibility in working morning & evening and on weekends if necessary;
