The Front office team is like the hotel versatile with all kind of personalities, but with one common belief in providing a heartfelt service. As Front office agent, you will be responsible for each guest journey and work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department to ensure to make it a memorable one.

About You

  • You are enthusiastic and confident in creating memorable guest experiences;
  • It’s in your nature to multitask, be proactive and be stress resistant;
  • You like to be part of a hardworking likeminded professional hospitality team;
  • Good communication skills in German and English; both oral and written.


Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and being the first point of contact;
  • Working with the team to deliver an unforgettable guest experiences;
  • Process and handling all guest check-ins, checkouts, calls, requests and questions;
  • Handling bookings/ reservations and/or providing information about reservations in absence of the booking office (during evenings and weekends);
  • Providing guests with directions and information about the secrets of Hamburg. 

Job requirements

  • You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry, as well as first work experience in the front office and ideally Opera knowledge;
  • Flexibility in working morning, evening, night shifts and weekends;
  • You also have very good German & English skills.
