As a boutique hotel with 94 beautiful rooms admit the Hamburg Speicherstadt, we make sure to work as one big team that supports each other to reach one common goal: giving heartfelt service that our guests have a magical experience. 

What to look forward to

• You will become a member of the Sir Nikolai Front Office Team
• You warmly welcome our guests
• You carry out the check-in/check-out of our guests
• You give our guests insider tips for Hamburg and the surrounding area
  
• You ensure an active flow of communication between all departments of the hotel
• Cross Trainings and supporting other Sir Hotels in Europe possible
• No uniform - as long as you are tidy and genuine (business casual)

What you bring

• You have completed a vocational training in the hotel industry and ideally have initial professional experience at the front office
  
• You have the highest standards of quality and service, work independently and are a host from the bottom of your heart
• As a team player, you are reliable and flexible
• You have good German & English speaking & writing skills
• You have a hands-on mentality and love new challenges
