We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment process from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires for Sircle Collection Regional Office Germany & Austria, Sir hotels and Max Brown hotels.

About You

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be the ambassador of our values and brands. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain the best talent who contribute to our company’s growth. You will collaborate with the hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs, plan the hiring process and work closely with the HR Advisors of Sircle Collection.


Responsibilities

  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals;
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings);
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard;
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on social media);
  • Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual) and track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill;
  • Organizing hiring events, attending recruitment fairs/talent days and participating in job fairs to network with potential candidates;
  • Projects like Employer Branding and boosting our Referral Program.

Job requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree;
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an in-house recruiter, experience in hospitality is a big plus;
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruitment;
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
  • Proven experience with social media recruiting;
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English;
  • You have a natural talent for networking and expanding your network.
