As our Bartender at Park Centraal Den Haag, you are the face of our Bar and first point of contact for our hotel guests who are checking in, having a coffee in our living room or enjoying a late-night cocktail. To provide everyone a cosy and enjoyable time, we are looking for a sparkly and genuine F&B professional who always provides heartfelt service with a big smile!

This is what you're going to do

• You will provide drinks & snacks to our hotel guests in our living room, at the bar and during the check in
• With a big smile, you will hop around the hotel to chat with our guests and make sure they are having the best time with us 
• You will be flexible in assisting the reception team or any other F&B outlet when needed
• When events are taking place such as: weddings, company drinks or any other occasion, you will be happy to assist and make this a big success

You work in a dynamic team with people from different ages and cultures. As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when things don’t go as planned.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have been working as an F&B professional or in a similar role for at least one year. You have excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing. You have a hands-on mentality, you are flexible in working different shifts and love to make a chat with our guests. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in an ambitious and dynamic team.

Meet Morad Boumhaout

Wow, you made it all the way to the bottom of the job description! My name is Morad, the F&B Manager of this historic hotel. I have been working in hospitality and catering for over 20 years. During these years, I have provided many guests with an enjoyable and culinary day or evening. Together with my colleagues from the F&B team, we serve breakfast every day in our cosy breakfast room, we have meetings and event in our historic meeting rooms and we also organise weddings in our colourful garden!
