At Park Centraal Den Haag, we aim to deliver the best hospitality experience that goes above and beyond. To make this happen, we are looking for you! As our Assistant Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the daily Front Office operations. You naturally inspire your team members with your upbeat personality and you find it important to create a positive and inclusive work environment where fun comes first. In this role, you will report directly to the Front of House Manager with who you will constantly be looking for improvements, optimization and new ideas.

You work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with people from different cultures and backgrounds. As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when decisions have to be made.
This is why you are the best candidate
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English. You have a hands-on mentality and and can lead by example. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in an ambitious and dynamic team.

Hi all, I am Meep Ohr and working in this beautiful hotel for many, many years as Front of House Manager. Park Centraal Den Haag is one of the oldest hotels in The Hague - more than 110 years - where we give our business and leisure guests the ultimate specified service we think is required and appreciated. Our Front Office Team is young, eager and very much inspired to host them for a 110%.
