As Max Brown Assistant Front Office Manager you will work hand in hand with the Front Office Manager. You manage the front office shift and are responsible for assigning and monitoring tasks and training new staff. You cover for the Front Office Manager during his/her absence. You will also be responsible for cash management, invoice changes and processing reservations. You work independently and take responsibility for a welcoming reception of Max Brown guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.


Job requirements

  • You know all the processes at the reception, you work independently and with motivation
  • You contribute creatively, organise your team and motivate them to top performance
  • You cover for the Front Office Manager in his absence
  • You inspire the guests with your passionate commitment and incredible knowledge
  • You have excellent hospitality and communication skills. You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • You already have several years of experience at the front office
